What are Managed Accounts?
Managed Accounts are popular among investors because of the simple and transparent structure. A major advantage of Managed Accounts is that the money is in your own account and available at any time. Your assets can be liquid very quickly.
We work together with a renowned broker, ACM from Switzerland. as a Mulder FX customer you open an account at ACM. You sign a limited power of attorney to have the trading on your account managed by Mulder FX. Our broker links your account to the “Master Account” of Mulder FX. When the link between the accounts has been established, every transaction we perform on our Master Account will be immediately and proportionally be performed on your account.
The image above shows a schematic representation of Managed Accounts. The accounts of our customers are linked to the Mulder FX Master Account. When we place an order on the Master Account, the order is also placed proportional on the accounts of our customers. In the Forex market currencies are being traded, a size on a fate common account is € 5,000 0.1 fate. The lot size adapts to the balance on an account.
The Mulder FX account on January 1, 2010 started with € 5,000, until the balance reaches € 10,000 we usually trade 0.1 lot. A client who started with € 10.000 has account balance twice as high as Mulder FX and will therefore usually trade 0.2 lot. A client with a balance of € 500,000 trades is 100 times bigger lot sizes than the Mulder FX master account, the trade size will be 10 lot instead of 0.1 lot.
