Investment funds charge a diversity in fees, such as management-, transaction-, administration-, and entry fees. All of these costs decrease the return and don’t provide investors with transparency about the total costs. The VEB also warns for the difficult to understand fee structure of investment funds.
Mulder FX has chosen to refrain from charging customers fixed fees. The goal is to provide our customers transparency, because we are very confident we will achieve an above average return.
We only charge performance fee, so no cure, no pay.
Performance fee:
As a client of Mulder FX you pay a performance fee for a positive result. This fee is charged quarterly by our broker ACM.
The performance fee is 40% of the net result. There is a high water mark policy. This means that you only pay performance if there is a net higher result quarter to quarter. To clarify: in case of a poor quarter, this ‘loss’ has to be made up first, before a performance fee is charged.
